Refunds

• If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise please mail off your return to our location, noted on the shipping label within 14 days of delivery date for a refund and/or store credit.

• Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. 

 

RETURNS CAN TAKE UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED:    

Once processed you will receive an email notification.

Refunds can take 7 - 10 business days for funds to reflect in your account depending upon your financial institution. 

• All refunds will be applied the card the original purchase was made with.

• Sale items are not refundable

• Items ending in $.50 are final sale

• Items sent back after 14 days of delivery date will not receive a refund.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT THE RETURNS OF THE FOLLOWING:  

• Stained or scratched

• Worn and laundered

• Damaged pieces

• Smoke

• Animal Hair

• Wear and tear on the bottom of shoes or boots

• Missing items

• Items without original tags and labels.

 

ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURN IN THE WAY THEY WERE SHIPPED AND RECEIVED! 

 

AFTER PAY and SHOP PAY Installments RETURNS:

• Orders placed using Afterpay or Shop Pay Installments are eligible for a store credit or refund. Afterpay will continue to debit the funds from your account until your Afterpay or Shop Pay balance is paid in full. 

 

  SHIPPING FEES /RETURN LABELS:

• Original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refundable.

• We do not provide return shipping labels.

• We do not accept any C.O.D deliveries.

 

SHIPPING TIPS:

• We recommend using USPS  flat rate shipping service for the best price and turn around delivery time. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. Keep your tracking number stored. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of delivery, Kosmios will not be able to fulfill your return.
